HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)

Delivery time consists of two periods:

  1. Processing time (1–2 business days): order confirmation, personalization, quality control, packaging. Within 12–24 hours of placing your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order has been approved in our system, production is commissioned. For products involving personalized work, it takes approximately 1–2 days to manufacture the product, ensure its quality, and package it.

  2. Shipping time (approx. 7–12 business days depending on country): the time from the international shipping centre in China to the delivery address. Once the item has been collected from our international shipping centre in China, it takes approximately:

United States: 7–11 business days* Rest of the world: 8–12 business days*

*All shipping times are stated exclusive of customs clearance and possible customs delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. In that case, please wait until the package has arrived and then contact our support team to arrange a return to our return address — you will receive a full refund once the return has been processed.

RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING

For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and bears the full cost. All returns must be sent to our returns facility at:
